Use of the Ehad Meshaker app and of this site is subject to these terms. The app is developed and operated by Calium Software Engineering, Israel. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

The service

Ehad Meshaker is a party game provided for entertainment only. It is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability, device compatibility or data retention. There are no accounts.

PRO purchase

"PRO" is a single one-time purchase, for life: every pack released now and in the future, with no ads. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. It is tied to your store account (Apple ID or Google account), not to a particular device, and it is valid on the platform where it was bought - a purchase on iOS does not carry over to Android or the other way round. Payment, refunds and cancellations are handled entirely by the store under its own policy; we never receive or store payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves. Restoring a purchase is done inside the app, through the same store account.

Rewarded pack unlock

You may voluntarily watch a rewarded video to unlock a locked pack. The unlock applies to the chosen pack for one round only, and ends when that round finishes or is abandoned. It does not accumulate, does not carry over to the next round, and there is no compensation for quitting mid-round. The number of unlocks per day and per session is limited, and the limit is shown in the app.

Conduct in rooms and player-entered content

Nicknames and any text typed into the game are the responsibility of whoever typed them. Do not enter offensive, threatening, racist, sexual, unlawful or infringing content, and do not impersonate anyone. Do not put personal details in a nickname - it is sent to everyone in the room. We do not monitor this content and are not responsible for it, and we may block access to the service in case of abuse.

Fair use

Do not attempt to bypass security mechanisms, overload the servers, access rooms you are not part of, circumvent the purchase or advertising mechanisms, or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

Intellectual property

The name Ehad Meshaker, the design, the code and the word-pack content are ours. Playing is welcome; copying or commercially distributing the content is not, without written permission.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and in any case our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the year preceding the event.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date, and continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
